I’m enrolled. How do I use my pet insurance coverage?
The process is quite simple and straightforward. First, you’d take your pet for treatment. Then, you’d pay your vet bill as you typically would with cash, check or a credit card. Once you have squared everything away with your provider, you’d submit a claim online. Once processed, a reimbursement check would be mailed or direct deposited into your selected bank account.
Can I have more than one pet on my account?
Absolutely, the more, the merrier. You can enroll multiple pets at one time or add pets at a later date. Every pet will have its own policy and associated premium. In addition, you’ll receive a 10% discount for each additional pet you insure with us.
How does the deductible work?
There are three options to choose from when it comes to your deductible – $100, $250 or $5000. The deductible is annual, so once you meet your deductible amount for the year, you will not have to satisfy it again until your next 12-month plan period.
What happens to my pet’s coverage as they get older?
Your pet’s insurance policy will never cancel or be downgraded based on the age or overall health of your pet, although the premium you pay might increase.
