As the coronavirus (COVID-19) increases its impact in our communities, we feel it is important to share information with you regarding our preparedness and practices. At HUB, the safety and well-being of our team members and customers has and will always be our first priority. Please know that our team is working hard to ensure continuity of our service to all clients during this unprecedented event.
We have provided our employees with numerous tools to ensure they have the support they need. Some of our employees will be working remotely however, we are still able to assist and delight our customers in a seamless manner. During the days and weeks ahead, electronic (email) and telephone outreach will be the communication of choice (if possible).
Our offices will remain open by phone, email, or by appointment. If you feel it is necessary to visit an office please call one of the locations below and make an appointment. We also encourage insureds to make payments online or by mail.
In the event of a claim, please call our 24 hour claim services, at (800) 696-3200, and someone will be able to assist you.
We are all in this together, and if not feeling well it is best to please stay home, get some rest and use the technology resources that are available. Our hearts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.
